We inform you that for the Privacy law set out in art. 13 d.lgs 196/03 your personal data contained in the form will be processed accordingly to the following Informative Report :
1.The data will be processed on paper, computer or telematics All the data you supply will be kept and used by Record Cucine s.r.l. seated in via Pacinotti n.54 - Pramaggiore (Ve);
2.The data are given in order to inform you periodically on offers and new products of the company;
3.The data will not be given to third parties, but they will be processed by persons of this company who are expressly charged of this task (administrative staff). These persons will process your data only if it is necessary for their work.The company will control that the data will be processed by third persons correctly and for the purposes they are given for.
4.The bestowal of your data for all purposes is optional; the missing bestowal and consent for the purposes at point no.2 will cause the impossibility to receive the newsletter;
5.All the data will be kept until we receive your eventual request of termination (which you can freely make at any time);
6.The data are used by the undersigned company Record Cucine s.r.l. seated in via Pacinotti n.54 - Pramaggiore (Ve). You can address to the managing director for all information regarding your data, in order to exercise the rights set out in art. 7 d.lgs 196/03 and to have an updated and complete list of other and eventual persons processing your data.
7.As to the personal data in possession of Record cucine , the concerned person can exercise the rights set out in art. 7 d.lgs 196/03, herewith enclosed. In case of death of the person concerned, his rights can be
xercised by his successors. Art. 7 dlgs 196:
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data which interest him, even if they are not registered yet, and their communication in an intelligibile form.
2. The concerned person has the right to obtain the indication :
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and modalities of the data processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing with electronic instruments;
d) of the essential data of the owner, of the persons in charge and of the representative designate according to the law set out in article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the persons or categories of persons to which the data can be communicated or which can come to know it in quality of designate representative in the country territory, of the persons in charge or responsible
of the data.
3. The concerned person has the right to obtain:
a) the updating , the correction that is, when needed, the integration of data;
b) the erasing, the transformation in anonymous form or the lockup of the data processed in violation of the law, inlcuding those for which the conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) the statement that the operations set out at points a) and b) have been communicated, even for what concerns the contents, to those the data have been communicated or released, except in the case this fulfilment turns out to be impossible or too expensive as regards to the right itself.
4. The concerned person has the right to oppose it, totally or partially:a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of the data that interest him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;b) to the processing of the personal data that interest him for the sending of advertising material or direct sale or for market enquiries or commercial communications.
